WARRANTY

Our products are covered with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, confirmed by a valid proof of purchase. VMP Furniture reserves the right to decide if the damage to the product is caused by factors other than that are not related to the production process and defects of various parts.

The warranty DOES NOT cover:

• Made-to-order products requesting for a change of size or design
• Damage that may occur as a result of improper use and not following the instructions of use, storage and maintenance.
• Damage that may occur as a result of furniture repairs or modifications made by the Buyer or third parties acting by the order of the Buyer.
• Damage that may occur as a result of force majeure, especially fire or flood.
• Damage that may occur as a result of the surrounding environment, especially being eaten by termites.

In the event that your product has been replaced or has been repaired, the warranty period will continue from the date you purchase the product without extending the time from the date of repair of the product.

VMP FURNITURE reserves the right to judge. and decide that product In terms of warranty or not, VMP FURNITURE's decision is final.

VMP FURNITURE reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty without prior notice.
